This policy explains how Day Pass and 30-Day Pass purchases are handled. It can be edited later as the business grows.
Day Pass
The Day Pass provides 24-hour access after successful payment. Because access begins immediately, refund eligibility may be limited once the pass has been activated. Support can review special cases on request.
30-Day Pass
The 30-Day Pass is a one-time purchase at C$75 for 30 days of access. The access period ends after 30 days unless otherwise required by payment disputes or abuse controls.
How to request help
Refund or cancellation questions should be sent to SUPPORT_EMAIL. Please include the email used for purchase and the payment reference if available.
Billing issues
If a payment was duplicated, failed to activate correctly, or was otherwise processed in error, contact support and the payment record can be reviewed server-side.
Important
Actual payment verification must happen on the server, not in the browser. A success page alone must not unlock paid access.
